Sven has been working in real estate since March 2012. Over the course of each year, Sven does between thirty to fifty deals annually which makes him one of the top 500 Single Agents in the DC Metro area.

Sven likes his clients to feel connected to him and always thinks it’s important to get to know each other when working on a deal because when you have a friend on your side instead of just another agent, the transaction is more fun. He has an innate gift of building trust with new people quickly and is always out to prioritize his client's best interests. Sven knows that buying or selling one of your biggest assets is such a complex and stressful process, he makes it as fun and smooth as possible.
